Team JoyFest in honor of its original founder Bolingbrook Deputy Mayor Mr. "Leroy Brown", exists to continue building a festival environment where families, artists, and neighbors feel welcomed and uplifted. We curate performances and experiences that celebrate creativity, diversity, and community pride, while partnering with sponsors, volunteers, and local organizations to expand JoyFest’s reach and impact. We ensure every detail — from staging to hospitality — reflects excellence, warmth, and intentionality.
