🌟 A Celebration Like No Other

 Each September, the heart of Bolingbrook comes alive with JoyFest—a radiant faith-based celebration of musical inspiration, and community. Set against the stunning backdrop of Bolingbrook’s Village Hall and centered at the Roger C. Claar Performing Arts Center, JoyFest welcomes beloved local artists and renowned performers from across the nation. It’s a full-day experience that unites us all through faith, rhythm, and joy.

A playground of delight, featuring:

• Bounce houses, and bubbles
• Face painting & classic games (Duck Duck Goose, Simon Says)
• Hula hoops, jump ropes, just for kids' food vendors, and more

• Darts, tug of war, King of the Court basketball
• Volleyball showdowns & PlayStation gaming
• Giant Connect 4 and so much more

Envisioned and brought to life under the extraordinary leadership of Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta, this adult-friendly oasis offers:

• Cozy games, soulful chats, and comfy meet & greet interactions
• Ideal for unwinding and making lasting connections

Ample parking is available. Shuttle service operates from remote lots—keep an eye on signage and volunteers for guidance.

Q: Is JoyFest free to attend?
Yes! The entire day is open to the public. Come one, come all!

Q: Can I bring my pet?
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you leave pets at home unless they are service animals.

Q: Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely. Accessibility is a priority, with ramps and seating available.

 

📜 Code of Conduct

Kindness is key. Let’s uplift one another with patience, respect, and love. Disruptive behavior, hate speech, or anything that disrupts the joy will not be tolerated.

All unruly behavior or conduct will be asked to leave and escorted from the fairgrounds.
